DON'T!
I did not need to think too much to come about my answer for this entry. Well. Initially, my pet peeves came up as my answers. Things like keeping a place untidy, leaving soap suds on the bathroom walld and falls, and stuff like that. But I reckon that these especially happened in closed curtains ad in homes and that, if I am tight, isn't what this prompt asks. Rather it seeks something random and general that any one anywhere could do/say be it online or offline that may set me off.
Straight to the point, one easy way to get me pissed is to try to put me in a box. By that I mean, trying to serialize me. Boy, you will never find me in settings where the conversations are on about 'girls this.. girls need to know this... girls need to do this for xgfjs... a woman should be hhejjyxtyu...' and the host of them.
I recall having this conversation with someone, a young lady and she said she may never allow her female child study medicine because it takes up most of their years when thr girl should just study any other subordinate course, graduate, get married and raise a family. I was shocked and in my head, I had sort of canceled her. She kept trying to justify her point and rooting for the guys but all I felt for her in that moment was pity but I blame her little. It's the society that has tried to put limitations on the female that I blame.
When you go online, there are hundreds of publications advising, admonishing, chastising, teaching the girl child how to be, what to be, how to speak, how to laugh, where to speak, how to walk, mostly for male validation. You'd barely come across any that speaks to the guys. Cause they're guys and can get away with anything and even when they do wrong, the females are blamed.
Girls are made to take responsibility really early, even for their older brothers, and that's because they're girls and are being done a favour in preparation for when they'd be wives/mothers.
When anyone plays the you're female card on me, at whatever point and where ever, it riles me up so bad. I'm sure the last time that my mum did so was the last time she ever will. I geve a cool response which I'm sure jarred her.
