As far as i heard from several healthcare pros the important part to enjoy the health effects of coffee is to not spoil it with anything like milk or sugar! Treat yourself to good coffee and enjoy it just the way it is! ☕️👍🏽
yea i think the bigger issue is the quality of the coffee people drink everyday combined w/ all the junk people add to it. A good bean never hurt anybody but cheap Joe aint the way to go
