So far I've been able to concentrate without smoking, which is one reason I've struggled to quit. And at my present rate of consuming Zyn, I'll save about $10 bucks a day. Awesome.

Oh, yeah, it is nicotine. Not tobacco though, just pure nicotine salt in a pouch. I'm using 3 mg pouches. Supposedly one cigarette has about 1.5 mg. So I've doubled my dose, but got rid of tar and other byproducts in smoke.
