This post is so deep and very reflectional!
And endless circle of working, be it working remotely in the office, or at home. Every individual must meet the daily requirements and needs of life and family.
I believe finding your passion makes it more lively and energetic because it keeps you more motivated. Just recalling that you are playing football for a living which is your passion and at the same time it's paying you well.
Find your passion and see how the urge to do better grows deeply without stress and remorse but also we should remember that without pain we can't gain!

You are right, passion does make the burden of working more tolerable but the point of the write up is to remind people to create time for other stuff while chasing their dreams.
No pain no gain, it is true but at the long when you finally achieve it, will it be enough? Won't you want to achieve other stuff? A endless circle of chasing dreams.
