How are you coping with your Resolution

Resolution:a firm decision to do or not to do something, to behave in a certain manner. In as much as resolution can be intriguing it's harder done than said, as easier as people think it is? It is the hardest to accomplish people tend to make resolutions of different kind like am going to stop drinking, I'll stop stealing, I'll stop womanizing, i won't do drugs, smoking and all sorts of things but in the end you'd see them going right back to those things they said they weren't going to do and when being as they'll be like i can't really do it i tried for a couple of weeks but couldn't because the urge to go back to it was more stronger than their will spirit, the spirit is willing but the body is weak. You cannot wish for something without putting in any work and expect it to miraculously work out, you have to put in work to see results. Motivation is often an initial spark that ignites our actions, but consistency is the fuel that keeps us moving forward. Instead of focusing solely on maintaining motivation, shift your focus to developing consistent habits and behaviors that align with your goals.

Coping with resolution should be a decision, setting realistic goals, a determination to want to change a certain way of life and for that to work? You need to put in work, you have to act on that decision to stop an addiction, and how do you do that? Set your mind to it that this is what i want and I'll achieve it come what may from there you find what works best for you, for you to stop a certain addiction you have to come up with ways, solution things that will keep you from going back to those things and start putting them to practice it would never be easy at first but you take one stay at a time. And try everything possible to stay away from any triggers. But you should ask yourself this question: is it absolutely certain that your life will somehow be better if you set and achieve resolutions and worse if you don’t? It is still okay not to make any resolution and still achieve that dream that better life you've always wanted. Setting unrealistic goals that are too ambitious or unattainable can lead to feelings of discouragement and failure when progress is slow or setbacks occur. Resolutions without a clear plan often result in uncertainty. Life is unpredictable, and sometimes adjustments to your plans are necessary.

Break down your goals into manageable steps and create a roadmap for success. This doesn’t mean you have to be perfect everyday it takes time to develop lasting positive habits. Acknowledge and reward your achievements no matter how small. Positivity can boost your motivation and keep you engaged in your self-improvement journey. Celebrate your accomplishments no matter how small and use them as fuel to continue on your journey With consistency and dedication you can transform yourself. Remember progress not perfection is the goal.
