What Is My Insight About Tithes?

Good evening everyone! How is your day today? For me, I am feeling hot and headache plus headache attacked me and shortage of my breath.

I asked my mother about tithes and she told me that when she was attending a Bible study during summer vacation in UCCP, all the members were required to give tithes. During the offering after the bible study, there were member who put money in an envelope and wrote the amount for the tithes. It was the 10% part of the net income of the people or couch members or salary given back to the church. All the tithes were listed and being used for any church expenses.

For a reason tithes is a voluntary as part of God and it's financial for the church and it means that God is a part of our life. God do not want money but it is use for the people who work spreading the gospel and words of God.

Offering is different. We can give any amount according what we want for the church. It depends how much you want to give.

Giving tithes and offerings is a way getting near to our relationship to God. When we give tithes and love offering it means that we put God first in priority than other worldly urges.

And what I believe that giving is better than receiving. It is better to give than to receive and what we sow, if we sow a lot, we could have a lot of harvest too. Sow a lot and sometimes we reap double in valuein multiple way. It depends on how you deal with that tithes and offerings you render to the people.
