Wednesday Walk - From Home To School Routine

The long and winding road that I am passing by everyday for school. We need to pass the banana plantation road of stanfilco. It's 20 minutes drive from the city. We enjoyed our daily trip with laughter until we reached the school. They want stories all the time. When we are together, they forget playing the phone.

Before and after going to school with kids, I asked the guidance of God, His mercy on us and keeping us safe and away from any danger along the way. I believe the power of prayers for our life.

Every afternoon, another accomplishment I felt from the hard work of their studies. The long process is still in the beginning and looking forward in the nearby future on how I could survive for them.

Watching them, I imagine what if I was still inside the cage? They grow so fast and my youngest will be turning 7 years old this coming March.

I was touched after picking up my kids, they need to sleep with their mother at night. When I stopped the motor, Olivia my youngest one ran fastly going to her mother after kissing goodbye to me but the eldest one,Icy hugged me and said let us have selfie. They called me Tatay, the old form address to a father in the province and Nanay to their mother and even me when we were still intact, I called her Nanay and she called me Tatay.

Valentine's Day Today

I don't greet anyone even to my mother because I am a little bit sad. I think Valentine's day or day of love is everyday. Love is a great feeling for the family and friends.!
