Art Journal: "Tropical Full Moon" β˜•πŸ–ŒοΈ

Hello, Hiver friends and fellow art enthusiasts! How are you doing? I hope you're making the most of your day. Another coffee painting I created today.

This coffee painting captures the magnificence of a tropical full moon, where the calm waters reflect the luminous sky. In the gentle wind, the palm tree bends gently, silhouetted against the luminous sky. It's an invitation to quiet moments of the night you will find comfort in the gentle rhythm of the full moon.

I used three painting brushes for this piece, and it took me an hour to finish it. For those interested in trying this unique medium, follow the step-by-step basic methods below.

Basic Procedure:
β€’ Outline or sketch your painting reference.
β€’ Paint using a lighter shade of the background by creating a beautiful texture.
β€’ On the middle ground, paint the first layer of the subject.
β€’ The same procedure as the foreground.
β€’ Once the first layer is completely dry, you can proceed to paint with a darker shade of coffee.
β€’ Then add details to bring your painting to life. I used a liner brush for the thin details.

Take note: In putting details, you cannot have sharp lines and shapes unless it is completely dry.
