Art Journal: "Radiant River Flow with Coffee Painting" ☕🖌️

Hello, Hiver friends and fellow art lovers! How are you all doing? I hope you're having a wonderful day. Let me share the new coffee art I created today.
This coffee art depicts a tranquil river scene saturated in the soft glow of the setting sun, and reflects the light that creates a sense of movement and dimension. It's an indication to slow down, to treasure the simple beauty of nature, and to find a moment of stillness amidst the business of everyday life.
I used three painting brushes for this piece, which took me an hour to finish. For those interested in trying this unique medium, follow the step-by-step basic methods below.

Materials Needed:
👉 Watercolor Paper, sketching Paper, or stretched canvas
👉 Pencil and Eraser
👉 Coffee Powder
👉 2 small cups ( lighter and darker shades)
👉 Ruler
👉 Clean Water
👉 Rag
👉 Paper napkin or paper towel

Brushes:
👉 Flat Brush /small #10, 10/32 / 8.0mm
👉 Liner Brush #2 / 2/32" / 1.6mm
👉 Filbert brush

Note: Keep all the materials ready before you start painting.

Basic Procedure:
• Outline or sketch your painting reference.
• Paint using a lighter background shade by creating a beautiful texture.
• On the middle ground, paint the first layer of the subject.
• The same procedure as the foreground.
• Once the first layer is completely dry, you can proceed to paint with a darker shade of coffee.
• Then add details to bring your painting to life. I used a liner brush for the thin details.

Take note: In putting details, you cannot have sharp lines and shapes unless it is completely dry.
