I'm being ghosted
Yes. You read it right.
I'm being ghosted!!
Not by a person, but by notifications 😆
I am not talking about some of the missing notifications that can occur. Still haven't figured that out either, but I think it's some limitation from the LEO team. Although, I could be talking about those.
Anyway, back on topic.
After quite some time trying to force notifications from my browser, from the inleo site, with no success, I decided to test a bit more before going back to trying to get those notifications.
Initial testing
I started out because I wanted my new Galaxy Buds3 Pro reading notifications from InLeo to me, when I wear them.
This test failed.
My current setup on my phone is Ecency app for push notifications and I then go to InLeo to actually check the notification. Now, sometimes the notification is missing. My guess is that we all can see that, if we compare notifications from different front-ends.
Little deeper
By just enabling notifications for all websites in Chrome and Brave (I use both) I did not get any notifications from the browser, not from InLeo. I disabled notifications for pages again, and allowed a few selected ones. I was not able to add InLeo to this list which lead me to believe it is not supported.
Maybe other ways
Now to the waiting to see if the notifications show when I am on the laptop.
Still nothing. Seeing there might be an extension that block it. Disable that, wait again for another notification.
Ecency app on the phone ping me.
Still nothing.
I remember a time when notifications was shows in the bottom right corner, but this doesn't seem to be the case anymore. I was hoping, if they were still on, that it could somehow be routed as a push notifications by allowing the browser(s) to run in the background.
Personal conclusion
I am 99.99% sure that the notifications are not enabled - at least on mobile.. I may have been forgetting some steps on laptop. Tbh I am a bit too heavy headed right now to be continuing testing 🤣
Now I'm hoping it will be considered adding this support somehow.

The use of push notifications via browser is not something I have been looking into myself before, but it is indeed something to consider if there will be the need for it in the future.

Te notification systems can be handle in different ways, in the web you must enable it in your browser but in application it must be handle by a third system sometimes is easy but i don't know what language they used to developed the aplication
It's on the web, added to home screen to have the app-like experience.
However, I do not have the possibility to get notifications from it at all when I check settings in the browser.
Now I wait and see if it'sin the plans for the future.
