Un saludo mis queridos amigos de Splinterlands y la comunidad de needleworkmonday. Yo sigo deleitándome con mis tejidos para el Fanart de Splinterlands y hoy entre todas las cartas que vi me he fijado en la reina del Néctar.

Greetings my dear friends of Splinterlands and the needleworkmonday community. I continue to delight myself with my fabrics for the Splinterlands Fanart and today among all the cards I saw I noticed the Nectar Queen.

Esta abejita esta pensada y diseñada según la carta original del juego, con sus grandes ojos y sus alas alargadas blancas.

This little bee is thought and designed according to the original card of the game, with its big eyes and its white elongated wings.

La Reina del néctar le encanta salir del nido a volar por todo el reino y ama perseguir a sus victimas en busca de sangre, asi que si tienes la oportunidad de conseguir una de estas cartas para jugar estoy segura que vas a ganar.

The Nectar Queen loves to leave the nest to fly all over the kingdom and loves to chase her victims for blood, so if you have the chance to get one of these cards to play I'm sure you will win.

Gracias a que he logrado dominar la técnica de tejido es que ahora puedo concursar en el Fanart de su comunidad. Estoy segura que seguiré buscando mas cosas para tejer cada vez que pueda.

Sin mas que decirles paso a contarles unos detales de como logre dominar esta abeja con mis hilos y agujas.

En internet hay muchísimas abejas para tejer pero el cuerpo de nuestra reina es muy particular ya que su cuerpo se compone de cabeza, tronco, cola y aguijón. Luego vemos las alas blancas, antenas y brazos.

La cola va cambiando de tonos asi que cada dos vueltas tenemos que cambiar de hilo negro al color amarillo.

Para las alas busqué en you tuve un modelo de alas de mariposa y me encantó.

Los ojos los bordé con una aguja de lana y una hebra de pabilo negro.

The tail is changing shades so every two turns we have to change from black yarn to yellow.

For the wings I looked on you I had a model of butterfly wings and I loved it.

I embroidered the eyes with a wool needle and a strand of black wick.

Por tener muchas piezas pequeñas preferí coser todas las piezas y no pegar con silicón ya que no sabemos cuando alguna persona se le ocurra darle ese muñeco a un niño y se desprenda un brazo o una antena, como dicen en mi pueblo es mejor prevenir que lamentar.

Because I had many small pieces I preferred to sew all the pieces together and not glue them with silicone because we don't know when someone will give this doll to a child and an arm or an antenna will come off, as they say in my town it is better to be safe than sorry.

Como ven amigos es una linda abejita y aunque no se aun a quien se la voy a regalar estoy segura que a todos les va a gustar.
