Greetings to everyone in the Vibes Web 3 community! Today I'm joining today to participate in the weekly music contest of the community. This time I want to participate with a song from one of my favorite bands, it's ABBA, the Swedish group that with their iconic songs enchanted many people around the world. I would say that to this day, that is so. I have already brought several covers of them, but I had never performed this song because the choirs were an important factor and I didn't have the means to mix several voices being only one person. The song is called "Summer Night City" (1978). Being one of the singles that, in my opinion, is one of the best and less recognized. ABBA is best known for popular songs like "Dancing Queen", "Mamma Mia", "Chiquitita" and others, but "Summer Night City" feels quite different and thanks to its rhythm and lyrics, it manages to fit very well. It makes you want to go out and enjoy a summer night. The band Therion is a fan of the Swedish group, so they cover this song. If you get a chance to listen to both songs, do so, they are both quite good. Without more to say, I hope you enjoy this is my interpretation. Finally, I must point out that my native language is Spanish, and therefore English has been my second language for performing most of the songs I like, so singing in another language will always be a great challenge. ¡Saludos a todos en la comunidad de Vibes Web 3! El día de hoy me uno por aquí para participar en el concurso semanal de música de la comunidad. En esta oportunidad deseo participar con una canción de una de mis bandas favoritas, se trata de ABBA, el grupo sueco que con sus icónicas canciones encantó a muchísimas personas alrededor del mundo. Diría que hasta hoy en día, eso es así. De ellos ya he traído varios covers, pero nunca había interpretado este tema porque los coros eran un factor importante y no tenía medios para mezclar varias voces siendo solo una persona. El tema se titula, "Summer Night City"(1978). Siendo uno de los sencillos que, en mi opinión, es de los mejores y menos reconocidos. A ABBA se le conoce más por canciones populares cómo "Dancing Queen", "Mamma Mía", "Chiquitita" y otros, pero "Summer Night City" se siente bastante diferente y gracias a su ritmo y letra, logra calzar muy bien. Surgen ganas de ir a disfrutar una noche de verano. El grupo Therion es un fanático del grupo sueco, sacando así un cover de esta canción. Si tienen la oportunidad de escuchar ambas canciones, háganlo, los dos son bastante buenas. Sin más que decir, espero que disfruten de esta que es mi interpretación. Por último debo acotar que mi idioma nativo es el español y por lo tanto el inglés ha sido mi segundo idioma para interpretar la mayoría de las canciones que me gusta por lo que siempre será un gran desafío cantar en otro idioma.
