Greetings 🤗 very powerful your life experience. I find it very accurate when you say that “silence does not build bridges” and certainly, when one does not express oneself and stops doing because of fear or grief, things just don't flow. People cannot read our minds. And that goes along with what you comment about moving forward in life even if it is done in fear, because waiting for the perfect moment doesn't exist, everything is done on wheels.
