Primera vez en un juego de vóleibol 🏐😁 [ENG/ESP]
Greetings to everyone in the Lifestyle community. Today I’m stopping by to share a new day in my life with you all. This Saturday was quite different, yet also something I’d been looking forward to, because a few days ago my partner had suggested we go to some volleyball matches, and I thought it was a good idea—it’s a really fun sport, and besides, I’d never seen a volleyball game before… At least a professional one. So we spent the morning taking care of some things at home and left around noon for the volleyball game.
It was surprising to find that it started raining right in the middle of our trip there, so we did our best to get to the stadium in time to watch the game. By the way, it was at the Gonzáles Sisters Gymnasium, where the Cachamay Stadium is also located. I had visited this place before, but it had been many years since I’d seen it, and I’m glad to see that despite the passage of time, it remains the same. In a good way. The game started at 3:30 in the afternoon. The teams were Centellas de Guayana and Universitarias. In the second set, the Centellas were winning, but by the third set, the girls from the opposing team started to take the lead. So little by little, the game got a bit more intense. It was really cool to watch that.
Saludos a todos en la comunidad de Lifestyle. El día de hoy me uno por aquí para compartir con ustedes un nuevo día en mi vida. Este sábado fue bastante diferente y a la vez esperado porque hace algunos días mi pareja me había comentado para que fuéramos a unos partidos de vóleibol y me pareció una buena idea pues es un deporte bastante divertido y además, yo nunca antes había visto un juego de vóleibol... Al menos uno de forma profesional. Así que estuvimos desde temprano resolviendo algunas cosas en casa y salimos al mediodía para el juego de vóleibol.
Fue sorpresivo encontrar que en pleno viaje al lugar, comenzó a llover, así que cómo pudimos tratamos de llegar al estadio para poder ver el juego. Que por cierto, fue en el Gimnasio de las Hermanas Gonzáles, dónde también está el estadio Cachamay. Yo ya había visitado este lugar antes, sin embargo, también tenía muchos años sin verlo y me alegra ver qué a pesar del paso del tiempo este se mantiene igual. En un buen sentido. El juego comenzó a las 3:30 de la tarde comenzó el juego. Los equipos fueron Centellas de Guayana y Universitarias. En el segundo set el equipo de las Centellas iban ganando, pero para el tercero, las chicas del equipo contrario comenzaron a ganar. Así que poco a poco el juego se tornó un poco más intenso. Fue muy chevere ver eso.
By the end of the game, the Centellas, who are the home team, finally won the match. Everyone was happy about that. So we got ready to leave the gym and head home. When we got off at one of the stops on our way home, we decided to grab some pizza—we really like the place here in Alta Vista. That was one of the first places we ate pizza as a couple, and it’s a memorable spot for us. So we ate and walked home slowly… That’s a nice tradition, too. It was a good day. I’m glad we went. Para el final del juego, las Centellas, quienes son el equipo local, finalmente ganaron el partido. Todo el mundo feliz de eso. Así que allí ya nosotros nos dispusimos a salir del gimnasio para ir a casa. Cuando bajamos a una de las paradas para tomar camino a casa, decidimos ir a comer unas pizzas que nos gustan bastante aquí en Alta Vista. Ese fue uno de los primeros lugares donde nosotros comimos pizza cómo novios y es un lugar memorable para nosotros. Así que comimos y volvimos a casa caminando poco a poco...
