Madre e Hijo: un vínculo irrompible [ENG/ESP]
Greetings to everyone in the Hive Pets community! Today I'm joining you here to share a new feline adventure with you. This time, I want to talk about my cat Kira and my cat Kiko, who are family (mother and son) and don't usually spend much time together, but when they do, I almost want to run out and grab my camera to take pictures of them because they're so cute. Here are some photos of them.
Kira gave birth once, with three kittens, and Kiko is one of them. He's significantly bigger than her, has some features from his father (Dio), but in every other way, he looks very similar (physically) to his beloved mother. On the other hand, Kira took great care of her little ones until they were well into their 3-month-old years, but like any mother, after so much time prioritizing them, she wanted a little space just for herself. So, even though time has passed and Kira remains steadfast in demanding a space for herself, Kiko (and the others, except for Ardilla, the oldest of them and the only female Kira ever had) loves to go find his mom and ask for affection. It's very tender to watch this scene because Kira always moves away, but then accepts Kiko's sweet company and showers him with kisses and caresses until they both fall into a deep sleep.
¡Saludos a todos en la comunidad de Hive Pets! El día de hoy me uno por aquí para compartir con ustedes una nueva aventura gatuna. En esta oportunidad les quiero hablar sobre mi gata Kira y mi gato Kiko, quienes son familia (madre e hijo) y quienes usualmente no suelen pasar mucho tiempo juntos, pero cuando lo hacen casi me provoca salir corriendo a tomar la cámara para tomarles fotografías pues son realmente muy tiernos. Aquí les traigo algunas fotografías de ellos dos.
Kira tuvo un solo parto, en el cual tuvo tres gatitos y Kiko es uno de ellos. La supera notablemente en tamaño, tiene algunos rasgos de su padre (Dio), pero en todo lo demás se parece muchísimo (físicamente) a su querida mamá. Por otro lado, Kira cuido muy bien de sus pequeños hasta bien entrado los 3 meses de edad, pero como toda mamá, después de tanto tiempo dándole prioridad a ellos deseaba un poco de espacio solo para ella. Así que, aunque el tiempo ha pasado y Kira sigue firme en exigir un espacio para ella, Kiko (y los demás, exceptuando por Ardilla, la mayor de ellos y la única hembra que tuvo Kira) ama ir a buscar a su mamá y pedirle que le de cariños. Es muy tierno ver esa escena pues Kira se aparta siempre, pero luego luego, acepta la dulce compañía de Kiko y lo llena de besos y caricias hasta que ambos acaban durmiendo profundamente.
I think I really like their relationship because even though Kiko is perfectly capable of taking care of himself (aside from needing us for food and changing his litter box), he insists on Mom's attention. He even does this with his dad, but he's less grumpy and usually accepts Kiko without too many difficulties. Watching big Kiko search for his mom (who is smaller than him) is something that will always give me a thousand years of life. Creo que me gusta mucho la relación de ellos porque a pesar de que Kiko es perfectamente capaz de valerse por su cuenta (al margen de que necesita de nosotros para el alimento y cambiar la caja de baño), insiste en que mamá le de atención. Incluso, también lo hace con su papá, pero este es menos gruñón y suele aceptar a Kiko sin muchos dilemas de por medio. Ver al grandulon de Kiko buscar a su mamá (quién es más pequeña que él), es algo que siempre me dará mil años de vida. Cómo siempre digo, los gatos no dejan de sorprenderme y hacerme declarar una vez más que son unos maravillosos animales. Sin más que decir, muchísimas gracias por pasar por aquí. Hay muchos mitos con respecto a los gatos y su comportamiento, y la mayoría cree que son animales solitarios y ariscos, cuando la realidad es otra.
Que lindo ver a Kiko con su mamita, es el "toñeco" de la familia.
Jajajaja ay, como me dió risa eso del toñeco. Tal cual, es que un niño muy consentido. Y sí, a mí siempre me han gustado los gatitos, yo creo que el miedo o rechazo que le pueden tener a ellos son miedos infundados porque ciertamente son animales muy agradables.
