Greetings to everyone in the Top Family community! Today I'm joining here to participate in the TBT Thursday contest, with this entry. I'll be leaving the link at the end of the post for anyone who wants to participate. That said, let's begin.
Today's photo is of my mom and my older sister, Claudia. My little sister was born in 1994, so she was probably only a few months old at the time. I think this photo is very beautiful because they're both in it. Only my mom can see the camera. This was probably just an ordinary day in our house (I wasn't even born yet), and Dad must have been the one taking the photo because he loved the camera and taking family photos all the time. Family photos used to look like this, very spontaneous, no retouching, very simple, and whatever was taken at the time was what you had, and that was it. If it turned out badly or not, it was done. Developing the photos was exciting because you wanted to know how they turned out.
We still have the negatives of those photographs at home, although I honestly don't know where they could be developed right now. Returning to the photograph, my sister looked like an Asian girl when she was little. She had those features on her face that always led to those kinds of comments. As time has passed, her face has matured, but she still retains that smile in her eyes that makes her so unique. She still looks, in a way, like someone of Asian origin, although there are no Asian ancestry in our family. Mom and she have always looked very similar, and at the same time, they inherited that from my grandmother, who also looked that way. Although looking closely at this photograph, I noticed that my mom's nose is the same as mine, and I had never noticed that detail before. That's the nice thing about looking at photographs again, because you discover new details and secrets. Without further ado, thank you so much for stopping by and reading my post.

La fotografía del día de hoy es de mi madre y mi hermana mayor, Claudia. Mi hermanita nació en el año 1994, por lo que probablemente allí solo tenía unos meses de edad. Esta foto me parece muy bonito, porque están las dos en ella. Solo mi mamá alcanza a ver a la cámara. Probablemente este era un día cotidiano en casa de nosotros (yo no había nacido) y papá habrá sido el autor de la fotografía pues él amaba la cámara y tomar fotos familiares a cada rato. Antes las fotografías familiares lucian así, cómo muy espontáneas, nada de retoques, muy sencillas y lo que se tomaba en el momento es lo que se tenía y eso era todo. Si salía mal o no pues ya estaba hecho. Revelar las fotografías era emocionante pues uno quería saber cómo habían quedado.
En casa todavía tenemos los negativos de esas fotografías, aunque sinceramente no se dónde se podrían revelar ahora mismo. Volviendo a la fotografía, mi hermana de chiquitita parecía una niña asiática. Tenía esos rasgos en su carita que siempre le hacían ese tipo de comentarios. Con el paso del tiempo su rostro maduro, pero aún conserva esa sonrisa en los ojos que la hace tan particular. Sigue luciendo en cierta forma, cómo alguien de origen asiático. Aunque ena familia no hay ninguna ascendencia de por esos lados. Mamá y ella siempre se han parecido mucho y a la vez, eso lo heredaron de mi abuela que también lucia así. Aunque viendolo bien en esta fotografía, allí he notado que la nariz de mi mami es la misma que la mía y nunca me había fijado en ese detalle. Es lo lindo de ver fotografías nuevamente, porque uno descubre nuevos detalles y secretos. Sin más que decir, muchísimas gracias por pasar por aquí y leer mí publicación.
