Jueves de TBT: El cumpleaños con Felipe [ENG/ESP]
Greetings to everyone in the Top Family community! Today I'm joining you all to share a new photo and a story behind it, this TBT Thursday. As always, I'll be leaving the contest link at the end of the post. That said, let's get started.
This photo was taken in September 2016, during my mother's birthday celebration at her house. At the time, my friend Estefani and Felipe were in the country and were able to go to the house to celebrate that special day. For me, they were (or rather, are, hahaha) like part of the family, so every birthday of one of them or my family was considered an important moment where we would get together to share. The person who took the photo was my friend Estefani, and in it we see Edgar (my stepfather), my mom, Felipe, and me. This photo is quite special because it's one of the few I have with my friend Felipe, because for some reason we hardly have any photographs. It's kind of crazy, considering how long we've known each other. Then he and Estefani left the country, so there were no more parties like these. However, although Estefani is still out of the country, Felipe returned to Venezuela, and last year we were able to get together to meet his baby, Lucia, who looks just like him and is truly adorable. Times change, but they don't always change for the worse. I think things are different, one way or another, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. ¡Saludos a todos en la comunidad de Top Family! El día de hoy me uno por aquí para compartir con ustedes una nueva foto y una anécdota detrás de ella, en este Jueves de TBT. Estaré dejando cómo siempre el enlace del concurso al final de la publicación. Dicho esto, comencemos.
Esta fotografía pertenece a septiembre del año 2016, durante la celebración de cumpleaños de mi madre, en su casa. Para aquel momento, mi amiga Estefani y mi amigo Felipe, se encontraban en el país y pudieron ir hasta la casa para celebrar ese día tan especial. Ellos para mí eran (o bueno, son jajaja) cómo parte de la familia, por lo que cada cumpleaños de alguno de ellos o de mi familia, se consideraba un momento importante dónde uno se reunía para compartir. La persona que tomó la fotografía fue mi amiga Estefani y en ella salimos; Edgar (mi padrastro), mi mamá, Felipe y yo. Esta foto es bastante especial porque es una de las pocas que conservo con mi amigo Felipe, pues por alguna razón casi ni tenemos fotografías. Es algo loco, tomando en cuenta el tiempo que nos conocemos. Después él y Estefani se fueron del país, por lo que ya no existieron más fiestas como estas. Sin embargo, aunque Estefani sigue fuera del País, Felipe volvió a Venezuela y el año pasado nos pudimos reunir para conocer a su bebé, Lucia, la cual es idéntica a él y es realmente adorable. Los tiempos cambian pero no siempre es para peor, creo que de un modo u otro, las cosas son diferentes pero no necesariamente es algo malo. Sin más que decir, muchísimas gracias por pasar por aquí.
