4th Year Anniversary at Hive: My beginnings and final steps [ENG/ESP]

Greetings to everyone in the community! Today I'm joining you here to share with you an important milestone for me regarding the Hive platform: this May 6th, I celebrated 4 years on the Hive Blog. Yes, it sounds easy, but for anyone who's been on the platform for a few years, you'll know that everything comes with a sacrifice, and reaching that milestone (or more) isn't easy. I remember how, at that moment, I read all the instructions for entering the platform correctly (creating a good profile, respecting the rules, providing feedback), and that's how I made my first post, which was the introduction. Almost all Hive users have done this before starting to publish anything else. From then on, my life began to be very different, as posting practically became my daily duty.

I started with music, something I'm proud of because I could showcase one of my passions, and little by little, I moved on to new communities with which I felt more connected. I found Cinema, Catharsis, Cooking, Books, Family, Women, and more. And lately, I've been dedicating myself quite a bit to posting some of my travels. Joining Hive has meant having a space where I can also have my own log. It's a unique record of my writing (thoughts, experiences, ideas, creations, motivations, etc.), photographs, videos, and more, where I can travel back in time and find so many things I've done in these four years, that sometimes I'm pleasantly surprised when I find something I've completely forgotten. As someone who values ​​having a history of my work, Hive has been very helpful.

¡Saludos a todos en la comunidad! El día de hoy me uno por aquí para compartir con ustedes un acontecimiento importante para mi, con respecto a la plataforma de Hive y es que este 6 de Mayo estuve cumpliendo 4 años en Hive Blog. Asi es, parece fácil pero para todo aquel que ha estado algunos años en la plataforma sabrá que todo tiene su sacrifcio y llegar a ese tiempo (o más) no es cosa facil. Recuerdo cómo para ese momento leí todas las instrucciones para entrar a la plataforma de la forma correcta (haciendo un buen perfil, respetando las reglas, haciendo feedback) y así fue cómo realicé mi primera publicación que fue la introducción (presentacion). La cual casi todos los usuarios de Hive hemos realizado antes de comenzar a publicar cualquier otra cosa. A partir de allí, mi vida comenzó a ser muy diferente pues publicar se volvió prácticamente en mi deber diario.

Comencé con la música, algo que me enorgullece porque podía mostrar una de mis pasiones y poco a poco fui avanzando hacia nuevas comunidades con las que me sentía más afín. Encontré Cine, Arte, Recreación, Catarsis, Cocina, Libros, Familia, Mujeres y demás. Y últimamente me he dedicado bastante a publicar algunos de mis viajes. Entrar en Hive ha significado tener un espacio dónde poder tener también mí propia bitácora. Es un registro único de mis letras (pensamientos, vivencias, ideas, creaciones, motivaciones, etc.) fotografias, videos y demas, dónde puedo viajar al pasado y encontrarme con tantas cosas que he hecho en estos cuatro años, que a veces me sorprende gratamente cuando doy con algo que he olvidado por completo. Cómo alguien que valora tener un antecedente de sus cosas, Hive me ha venido muy bien.

Sometimes it makes me laugh because I always introduce my posts with "Greetings to everyone in the community! Today..." and that has become one of my catchphrases to start everything I write here. It was a gesture of courtesy, and now it's something very much my own. Also, I often say "come to share" because I think it's not mentioned enough, but at Hive we come for that very purpose: to read, comment, reblog, receive, and give. It's inevitable and a very beautiful thing. So, I always come here with that idea: to share with you, the world, what's happening in my little space. And I couldn't forget the "Without further ado, thank you so much for stopping by." Maybe it seems repetitive, but for me it's important to say thank you, to let the other person (who reads me) know that I appreciate the time they took to read/see my post.

Finally (and not to go on too long), reaching these four years is, for me, a symbol of victory, given how much effort there is behind that "four-year shield." I'm eagerly awaited and well received. So, I hope to be able to continue here as long as possible and celebrate many more achievements. And now... Without further ado, thank you so much for stopping by and reading my post. A big hug.

A veces me da risa porque yo siempre introduzco mis publicaciones con un "¡Saludos a todos en la comunidad! El día de hoy..." y es que esa se ha vuelto una de mis frases para dar pie a todo lo que por aca escribo. Era un gesto de cortesía y ahora algo muy mio. También, suelo afirmar lo de "venir a compartir" pues creo que no se menciona lo suficiente pero en Hive venimos a eso, a leernos, comentarnos, rebloguear, recibir y dar. Es inevitable y algo muy bonito. Por lo que aquí yo siempre vengo con esa idea, compartir con ustedes, el mundo, lo que acontece en mi pequeño espacio. Y no podía faltar el "Sin más que decir, muchísimas gracias por pasar por aquí". Tal vez parece repetitivo pero para mi es importante agradecer, hacer saber al otro (quién me lee) que aprecio el tiempo que se tomó en leer/ver mi publicación.

Finalmente (y para no extenderme mucho), llegar a estos cuatro años son para mi un símbolo de victoria pues cuanto esfuerzo hay detrás de ese "escudo de los 4 años". Muy esperando y bien recibido. Así que, espero poder seguir por aquí todo el tiempo que se pueda y celebrar muchos logros más. Y ahora si... Sin más que decir, muchísimas gracias por pasar por aquí y leer mí publicación.
