Sleep my dreams

Sleep my dreams in the soft notes;
joyfully challenging rhymes are let loose
and my piano plays with mad eagerness
unleashing verses, in its siphony.
And these hands of mine, light and calloused.
Hands that gave my forces life;
are the same hands
with which I play the time and in which I rest
with their company.
