Let's make a Homemade Vanilla Latte [ESP/ENG]

English
At home I do not have one of these coffee makers, we tend to brew coffee in the traditional way, however, being at one of my sisters' house after a celebration I dared to make something different, a vanilla late using an electric coffee maker and some additives that I am sure elevated the experience to its maximum expression, in fact my husband, my sisters, my brother-in-law, my nephews and my daughters were amazed with the result.

I had to make three batches so that there would be enough for all of us, I put the coffee in the filter, then the water in the reservoir and waited for each batch of coffee. The aroma permeated the entire kitchen and part of the living room, awakening the senses. I really love that delicious aroma 😍.

Afterwards, I put all the coffee in a container and heated the milk (I like powdered milk better because I feel it adds more creaminess).

But I will give you the secret to give even more consistency and creaminess to the milk, I like to beat it in the blender because it also generates the characteristic foam that is ideal for this type of coffee. I really like the consistency that is left after the shake, it looks like a coffee made with coffee machines 🤗.

At the moment of serving I reheated the coffee again because it had already cooled down, but I did not do it on the stove, but rather I put it through the electric coffee maker so that in this way its flavor would be even more intense, because sometimes I feel that this type of coffee makers do not take full advantage of the product. Then I put about three small spoonfuls of sugar in each cup and served the coffee.

In my case I used a transparent glass so that you could appreciate the result very well, to all I served half coffee and half milk but that day I wanted to take a “white” as it is known in my country (Venezuela) to this type of coffee I served, therefore I served less than half of intense coffee and the rest I filled it with whipped milk.

Finally I added the star ingredient, vanilla, I used clear vanilla, also called transparent vanilla (which was the one my sister had at the time) I added a spoonful and stirred gently so as not to undo the layer of foam that had formed on the surface.

And presto, this was the delicious result, perfect to taste with cookies or other desserts, this definitely made our afternoon even happier 😄.

It's a pity because absolutely all the images I posted are original, and the ones I generated by canva is simply the goodbye image and the cover that everyone does, in fact I have uploaded several post like that in this community and I had never been told that it was not allowed, but I guess the rules changed, 😔 anyway I'm sorry for uploading the post in this community, thank you and again, I offer my apologies. 😢
