Choosing a good coffee for breakfast [Coffee Review]

I'm not loyal to just one coffee brand. While there are some I'm particularly fond of because I know they're very good, I also like to experiment with new flavors and brands. So, when I go to the supermarket, I always keep an eye out in the coffee section to see what's new, since coffee is very important at home, especially at breakfast, and also occasionally for an afternoon snack. That's how I discovered this Venezuelan coffee brand, Alvarigua. I hadn't seen this brand before, so I was curious. The packaging says it's made with carefully selected, locally grown beans, so I decided to buy it to experience it for myself. Plus, I noticed it's very aromatic because the packaging alone smells strongly of coffee, and for me, that's a good sign.

At home, we prepare coffee the traditional way, using a filter. And generally in Venezuela, for cultural reasons, we always have a favorite pot or utensil for making coffee. In my case, I have this small aluminum carafe that I inherited from my mother. I like it because it's very practical; I boil the water in it and use it to brew the coffee. While I was preparing it, I noticed that the aroma intensified even more, so everything indicated that the flavor would be incredible.

Hmm yes, fortunately I wasn't wrong, the aroma is a good indicator of flavor, it was delicious, it has consistency and a slight fruity nuance, and I understand that this is possible because the coffee is grown near fruit trees.
