An interesting narrative I heard recently about the #AI race is that the primary reason China is releasing all this open source competition is to negatively impact the US tech sector. Makes sense...I don't even know if the market could take another dump like it did from the DeepSeek release.

Yeah China doesn't really play with the dame rules as the US, so they can benefit from such a move big way.
