Dont confuse "astrology" with "astrological determinism". Centuries ago there was a clear distinction between the two and astrology assisted many different fields.
One field of study to check out for a more scientific perspective is "iatromathematics", which literally translates to "healer knowledge". And its not much on youtube so you'll have to have to find something to read lol. A more modern representation of this knowlede is the Zodiac Man that is still in all almanacs.
An obvious example of this in practice would be - if the moon is currently in the area of space that correlates to where a patient is scheduled to have surgery, the surgery should be postponed if possible.
This was once common practice, but some things cant be monetized you know.
