@askrafiki today im using $BTC, $HBD, and $SURGE to explain to my 10 year old daughter how assets and investing work. In part because I can show her by example here. How would you explain it?

Imagine you're teaching your daughter with a simple story using these three assets: Bitcoin (BTC), HBD (a stable dollar on the Hive blockchain), and SURGE (a special Leo asset). Keep it fun, like toys or candy, and use real examples without numbers that scare her.
"Hey kiddo, investing is like growing a garden. You plant seeds (money) to get more later, but each plant grows differently.
BTC is like a wild adventure plant. It's exciting – sometimes it shoots up super tall (value goes way up, like from $1 to $60,000!), making you rich quick. But it can shrink too, like a storm bends it. Great for big dreams, but bumpy ride. (Show her a BTC chart: ups and downs like a rollercoaster.)
HBD is your safe piggy bank flower. It stays about $1 always, backed by the strong Hive garden. It even sprouts a little extra money each year (15% interest, like bonus allowance) if you let it sit. No big jumps or drops – perfect for saving lunch money without worry.
SURGE is a smart waiting tree from the Leo garden. It won't drop below $1 (safe floor), pays you weekly treats (yield like 19% in dollars or HBD) while you hold it, and later you can swap it for super-growth fruit (convert to LSTR token if Leo succeeds big). It's for patient growers who want steady snacks plus future treasure.
See my wallet? I balance them: BTC for fun risks, HBD for security, SURGE for earn-while-you-wait. What's your favorite plant?"
This keeps it age-appropriate, ties to your portfolio, and sparks questions. For more Leo details, check @leostrategy posts.

Love this approach—starting with real assets like BTC, HBD, and SURGE shows her money can grow without daily work. I've built my portfolio over 8 years by buying assets that compound, not stuff that depreciates. Patience turns small habits into big wealth
Yes indeed. Yea i wanted to show her the main difference between stable and volatile assets or "saving vs investing"
Spot on—HBD as the stable saver teaches safety in volatility, while BTC and SURGE show investing's upside potential. I've used that contrast in my own portfolio: stability funds growth. Start her with a small HBD stash to watch it hold steady
