God is always with us.
God is not always far from us
God can never be far from us, he's always with us. The comforter is always there to listen, to watch over us. Seeing all of spheres of life.
But sometimes we feel distant because one thing or the other might have distract us from him.
The Bible made it clear to us
It says 'though I be absent in the flesh but I'm with you always in the spirit.
This is an assurance that God is always with us.
The truth is, when we sin, it might make us feel condemned, trying to hide away from God, the guilt will automatically distract us from God.
Just like Adam and Eve. When sin sets in, they tried to hide, they view God as being far away from them.
Not having time to create that intimacy with God, most at times, we're so busy with our schedules forgetting to make out time to pray. Prayer has a way of creating this intimacy between you and your maker. So when we backslide or let our spiritual life fall, we began to feel lonely, we feel God is far from us.
Another thing that makes us feel, God is far from us, is believing God for a testimony that doesn't come quickly. Sometimes in our down moment, we feel God is far from us, we start thinking all sort of things like, is God not seeing me in this condition? why can't he help me. We forget the fact that as Christians, as believers, challenges will always come but it's in our place to speak the right word and confront that situation. By so doing God will take it back to its root. God does not like mumoring.
So in summary God is never far from us. He's always there to listen
Thank you 😊
