Can evil spirits physically touch humans?

The question raised here is "can evil spirits physically touch humans.?

The Bible says that evil can not touched the Lord's chosen.
Those who have been born again and had followed the teachings of the Bible. No evil can touched them.

No wonder the Bible says that to be carnally minded is death. And to be spiritually minded is life. When you are carnal you're prone to attack. You're vulnerable to the attack of the devil. So inorder to be fully grounded, not to be caught off guard, be spiritual, be vigilant

Evil spirit will only enters a carnal mind.
That's why the book of 1st John 5vs 18 says" We know that whosoever is born of God sinneth not; but he that is begotten of God keepeth himself, and that wicked one toucheth him not".

When you're born again, a "touched not" seal is placed on your forehead, that the devil will not be able to manipulate you.
