During this part of the cleanup, my phone was down and I couldn't take some backup photos. But before I could finish mopping the floor, the power supply was restored.

As soon as the power supply was restored, I observed that our kitchen light bulb wasn't shining anymore. It has burnt. My parents are always prepared for things like this, so immediately after I informed Dad about it, he went to his room and brought a pack of light bulbs and handed it over to me to “replace the bad” light bulb.

With the help of my little nephew who woke up while I was cleaning the house, I was able to replace the bulb. While I climbed the wall to replace the light bulb the little boy assisted me to hold the good one and got the bad one after replacement.

While the generator was outside, it began to rain and we had to move the generator to its cage. The rain splashes left some sand on the generator parts, especially the parts exposed.

So next up after replacing the bad bulb was to “maintain the good generator.”
I used the same materials/equipment that I used for my last door maintenance. I used foam, a rag(piece of cloth), and condemned oil.

Actually, the condemned oil I used for maintaining the generator was actually gotten from this same generator. Whenever the oil from the generator goes bad or it begins to bring out thicker smoke from its exhaust pipe, we often change the oil by emptying the oil container. So today, I actually used a generator’s old oil to maintain the generator itself, lol.
