Maybe if it's your birthday!

I've known Auggie's mom for quite a few years now, so when she contacted us to setup a 3rd birthday photoshoot, it was a no brainer to say yes. She knew how much he loved ice cream, and she also knew he was definitely a morning kid, so ice cream for breakfast just made sense.

When you think of ice cream in this area, you naturally think of Central Dairy in Jefferson City, MO. Started in 1920 by Dot Sappington, central dairy has been around ever since. On top of the amazing milk and various other dairy products, they also have the ice cream parlor that opens at 8am...ready to serve delicious hand dipped ice cream.

Auggie was definitely a fan. We started with vanilla and he loved the adding of sprinkles, then we moved over to 3 scoops of chocolate in a cone in honor of his 3rd birthday. He was able to finish either of these big amounts of ice cream, however, what a great place to take pics! Not to mention we were all alone at 8am in the morning. Who would have imagined? :)

Thanks! It's always fun to visit Central Dairy. The ice cream parlor is usually packed, but I found that getting there at 8am certainly reduced the crowds :D

You captured a lot of emotions on these photos. Excellent shoot. I can see Auggie had the time of his life :)

Also, I think it would benefit you if you'd engage a bit more with the community and be more active.
