Hello, empowered ladies. It's a pleasure to be back, and today I'm here, inspired by the questions from @jane1289 .

When we are young, we have dreams that change as we reach maturity. Some remain almost identical, and others emerge as new aspirations.

I don't remember the exact age, but since I was a little girl, I had a dream that for me was almost impossible to fulfill. That goal, let's say unattainable, was set in my mind after watching Flipper, the story of an intelligent dolphin, a friend of a coast guard's children. That's when the idea of touching and petting a dolphin became fixed in my head. And, what an unexpected turn of life! When I had the opportunity not only to touch and pet one but also to have a dolphin give me a little kiss. Believe me, dear ladies, I still look at the photo and the emotion fills me with satisfaction.

I grew up when the USSR still existed, and I had access to a lot of literature, images, stories, and also many Soviet people living near my home. The image of Red Square, the Kremlin, and St. Basil's Cathedral became another impossible dream for me. And, once again, life gifted me the pleasure of a dream come true when, on a pleasure trip, my husband and I went to Russia. When I arrived in central Moscow and saw the Kremlin and the entrance to Red Square, a smile appeared on my face that I couldn't get rid of until hours after leaving that place. How wonderful! Reality exceeded expectations.

And well, I tell my younger self that I am very proud and happy to have fulfilled my dreams that seemed impossible, and to rest assured, because she is going to enjoy them immensely.

Answering the other question: throughout our lives, we make decisions that produce important changes. And yes, there is a decision I made about five or six months ago that did bring changes to my life. That decision was to join Hive. Guided by my friend @yuraimatc, and also with a lot of advice from her and my sister @neuropoeta, I'm still taking my first steps here. It has been a wise decision because since then, I have left behind social media platforms that have a corrosive effect on the mind and spirit, which ultimately only create discomfort among people and within oneself. Furthermore, I have made friends, I study, I learn; I also have to dedicate hours to creating my posts because they require dedication and research. But I confess that I am pleased to be on Hive.

Hola, empoderadas ladies. Es un placer regresar, y hoy lo hago incentivada por las preguntas de @jane1289

Cuando somos jóvenes, tenemos sueños que van cambiando a medida que alcanzamos la madurez. Algunos permanecen casi idénticos, y otros surgen como nuevos anhelos.

No recuerdo bien la edad, pero desde niña tenía un sueño que para mí era casi imposible de cumplir. Ese objetivo, digamos que inalcanzable, se instaló en mi agenda después de ver Las aventuras de Flipper, la historia de un delfín inteligente, amigo de los hijos de un guardacostas. Ahí se fijó en mi cabeza la idea de tocar y acariciar un delfín. Y, ¡qué giro inesperado de la vida!, cuando tuve la oportunidad no solo de tocarlo y acariciarlo, sino de que un delfín me diera un besito. Créanme, queridas ladies, que aún veo la foto y la emoción me llena de satisfacción.

Yo crecí cuando la URSS aún existía y tenía a mi alcance mucha literatura, imágenes, historias y también muchos soviéticos viviendo cerca de casa. La imagen de la Plaza Roja, el Kremlin y la Catedral de San Basilio se convirtió en otro sueño imposible para mí. Y, una vez más, la vida me regaló el placer de un sueño cumplido cuando, en un viaje de placer, mi esposo y yo fuimos a Rusia. Cuando llegué al centro de Moscú y divisé el Kremlin y la entrada a la Plaza Roja, se me puso en el rostro una sonrisa de la cual no pude librarme hasta horas después de salir de allí. ¡Qué maravilla! La realidad superó las expectativas.

Y bueno, le digo a mi yo joven que estoy muy orgullosa y feliz de haber cumplido mis sueños que parecían imposibles, y que esté tranquila, porque los va a disfrutar muchísimo.

Respondiendo a la otra pregunta: a lo largo de nuestra vida, vamos tomando decisiones que producen cambios importantes. Y sí, hay una decisión que tomé hace unos cinco o seis meses y que sí produjo cambios en mi vida. Esa decisión fue llegar a Hive. De la mano de mi amiga @yuraimatc, y también con mucho asesoramiento de ella y de mi hermana @neuropoeta, aún doy mis primeros pasos aquí. Ha sido una decisión acertada, pues a partir de ella he dejado atrás redes sociales que tienen un efecto corrosivo sobre la mente y el espíritu, que solo crean, al final, malestar entre las personas y con uno mismo. Además, he hecho amigos, estudio, aprendo; también debo dedicar horas a realizar las publicaciones, porque estas llevan dedicación y búsqueda. Pero les confieso que me place estar en Hive.
