(Chapter 2) From Laut Tawar Lake to Kala Temu Tourist Destination, Journey in Takengon

Hi, all friends who are always active in this community with me 🥰🥰🥰

Good evening, friends, wherever you are. I hope you are all healthy, successful, and able to carry on with your daily activities smoothly. On this very happy occasion, I would like to share some photos of my trip to the city of Takengon with you again.

On my way to Takengon, I enjoyed the beautiful and unique natural scenery. I passed through winding, uphill roads with views of mountains and lush forests.
And if you followed my previous blog, you can see how beautiful and exciting we were while camping at Lake Laut Tawar. Therefore, I will share some images of our journey to the tourist destination Kala Temu, which we visited after camping at Lake Laut Tawar. Therefore, I have divided this blog post about my trip to Takengon into several episodes.

Along the way to Takengon, I occasionally stopped to enjoy the scenery and take some photos, due to the stunning natural beauty of Takengon, as I mentioned in my previous blog.

We'll start this blog with the beginning of our trip, where we went camping at Lake Laut Tawar. You can check out my previous blog for more details.

After a fairly long journey, my friends and I finally arrived at the freshwater lake. The scenery around the lake is truly beautiful and captivating, and one of the most stunning natural features is its breathtaking scenery.

Our decision to spend the night at this freshwater lake was also a perfect fit. We could enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets in the morning or evening. Furthermore, spending the night there also provided the opportunity to enjoy the calm and peaceful atmosphere of the night.

While at the freshwater lake, my friends and I might engage in some activities, such as walking around the lake to enjoy the beautiful natural scenery. These are some of the images I captured next to Laut Tawar Lake, which is also in the same area as our camping spot.

The daytime atmosphere at this freshwater lake is very beautiful and calming, so I took some time to capture some images. In the afternoon, I decided to rest to relieve the fatigue of the journey.

Lake Laut Tawar is perfect for walking or simply enjoying the natural beauty. I think camping there is the right choice, which is also why we decided to stay overnight at this tourist spot.

After spending the night at the freshwater tourist attraction, my friends and I decided to continue our journey to another interesting destination, which is why I created this Takengon travel blog in several episodes.

These are some of the images I captured while camping and the evening there. You can also check out my previous blog for a more detailed look at the place, with my writing focused on camping.

let's move on to episode 2 of my trip to Takengon. The next morning, after camping on the shores of Lake Laut Tawar that night, we continued our journey to our next tourist destination, Kala Temu.

During our trip, my friends and I passed several natural tourist destinations, one of which was the cave you see in the picture I shared above. However, due to time constraints, we decided not to stop there, planning to return to Takengon sometime later to see other natural beauty, including this cave.

To continue our journey to the Kala Temu tourist attraction, the journey from our camping spot to the attraction took a little over two hours, which meant we couldn't enjoy the natural scenery or stop at the cave.

Long story short, we finally arrived at our destination.
Upon arriving at the Kala Temu tourist attraction, I felt relieved and ready to enjoy a more relaxed atmosphere. The Kala Temu tourist attraction, with its stunning natural beauty, was perhaps the perfect destination to spend time with friends.

Upon arrival, my friends and I enjoyed the beautiful scenery around the area, which also boasted a river, a park, and even a cafe serving signature Gayo coffee. I personally engaged in activities such as walking, taking photos, or simply enjoying the tranquil natural surroundings. I found the peaceful and touching atmosphere of the Kala Temu tourist attraction to be relaxing and blissful.

After spending time at the meeting tourist attraction, I felt satisfied and ready to continue my journey to the next destination, which I will share in my next blog.

Kala Temu is a tourist destination that offers a captivating travel experience, with its beautiful flower gardens and natural ambiance, quite calming for me personally.

The colorful flower gardens, combined with the cool mountain air and the sound of flowing water from the nearby river, welcome visitors, just as I do.
Vintage-style homestays are also available for those who want to stay overnight and enjoy the atmosphere longer, as you can see in the images I've shared above. These are some of the images I've captured and shared about the Kala Temu tourist attraction.
