Lions Home workout day 1

Greetings to you my dear friend, I welcome you to the lions Home workout day 1.

Workout is very good for our health as lions, because most of us are very active on the Blockchain by so doing, we may not have the time to be going to gym houses. But I have decided to bring the home workout your way, were you can be able to watch some exercise and do it yourself inside your house without stressing yourself that much by going to the gym house. Most of us do sit hours in front of our systems, work and doing so many things. Its not a wise routine if you don't have time to exercise yourself. So I will plead to every active lions to always have some time to exercise your body because "health is wealthy".
