Today, we are going to discuss a new topic, “setting goals”. His eyes quickly scanned through the hall and sighted Wisdom,’

Wisdom is a smart individual whom everybody knew right from the registration days. He has superb charisma, a sanguine, and very supportive.

The lecturer proceeded, hello, Wisdom, can we hear from you? How do you set your goal, and what were your own goal/s for the year?
Wisdom stood up and started:

Setting own goal is always a challenge, while some make it a New Year's resolution, others see it as a ritual that has to be observed in our everyday lives. To set my own goal, I use a simple tool known as SMART, meaning :

S = Specific- I set very clear and well-enumerated goals.
M = Measurable- I set goals I can reflect on and track daily.
A = Achievable- I set simple goals that won't overwhelm me.
R = Realistic = I ensure that my own goals are relatable to my present needs in life
T = Time bound = my own goals have expected deadlines.

For this year, 2025, my own goal is to be the best student in Marketing. Presently, I am on a 4.7 GPA, and with other activities I have put in place, I am on track to achieve my own goal.

After the presentation, the students gave him a standing ovation.
With that, the lecturer announced the end of the lecture for that period.
