Construir conocimiento: La Educación. (Reflexión) / Building Knowledge: The Education (Reflection)

En la actualidad y con los avances tecnológicos que llegan cada día; el sistema educativo tradicional; que se enfoca en la transmisión de conocimientos; ya no es suficiente.

En una época en la cual; con inteligencia artificial; puedes redactar un ensayo o analizar una novela; es redundante el pedir asignaciones monótonas a los estudiantes.

En su lugar; el sistema educativo debe centrarse en la formación del pensamiento crítico del estudiante, en lugar de su capacidad de memorizar o replicar algún tipo de conocimiento.

Opino que la educación también debe centrarse en fomentar la creatividad; la curiosidad y la motivación por entender el mundo tal cual lo conocemos; así como las relaciones sociales.

Lo ideal; es que los estudiantes aprendan de forma autónoma a buscar información de manera efectiva; sin recurrir a la inteligencia artificial como una muleta de la cual apoyarse; el hacer la pregunta correcta y cuestionar algo; usualmente; también llevara al estudiante a la respuesta correcta.

Adicional; también la educación; debería enfocarse en formar a los estudiantes a un mundo laboral que está en constante cambio; en el cual; se solicitan más habilidades a menor edad y las habilidades blandas como la comunicación, la colaboración y la resolución de problemas; cada día son más valoradas.

Opino; que más que darle la espalda a la tecnología; la educación debería apoyarse más en ella; de una forma u otra; es una herramienta.

Allí entra el papel del docente; como puente entre el uso de la tecnología como herramienta y el aprendizaje como una experiencia de formación profesional y no, una réplica infinita de información que poco a poco se va quedando obsoleta.

En mi país; La educación y la docencia, son carreras mal pagadas; lo que ha traído como consecuencia; que hayan pocos profesores dispuestos a dar clases por un sueldo que no les llega a fin de mes; lo cual ha generado un efecto bola de nieve; vemos estudiantes de educación media que tienen poco o escaso pensamiento crítico; poco preparados para incursionar en el mercado laboral y/o profesional.

En lo personal; admiro a los docentes; pues para el país y para el colectivo; ellos tienen tanta relevancia como un doctor o un médico; pues, ¿Quienes si no ellos, formaran a los profesionales del mañana?

Additionally, education should also focus on training students for an ever-changing world of work, in which more skills are in demand at a younger age and soft skills such as communication, collaboration and problem solving are increasingly valued.

I believe that rather than turning its back on technology, education should rely more on it; in one way or another, it is a tool.

That is where the role of the teacher comes in; as a bridge between the use of technology as a tool and learning as a professional training experience and not an infinite replication of information that little by little is becoming obsolete.

In my country, education and teaching are poorly paid careers, which has resulted in few teachers willing to teach for a salary that does not make ends meet, which has generated a snowball effect, we see high school students who have little or little critical thinking, poorly prepared to enter the labor market and / or professional.

Personally, I admire teachers, because for the country and for the collective, they are as important as a doctor or a physician, because who else will train the professionals of tomorrow?
