I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


After a really solid December and January, I gave a lot of the progress that I made back in February and I kind of have to start over in March. I'm also looking forward to the challenge and the hardest part by far is to actually get going with it. Sunday was one of those days where I kind of did ok but also not as I got tempted by eating some snacks and candy at the end. I did continue doing my daily reps and replaced the hanging by doing extra pull ups.

Some of the things I'm aiming for in March is to clear my skin again the natural way without any steroid creams by eating healthy, getting another monthly hot yoga subscription, pick up swimming again, go on plenty of walks, & also go boulder climbing. The aim is to get my weight down if possible below 66kg again.

I will be tracking my 10-Day Average Weight from here on out to see if that brings some moitivation to the table. Last 10 Days I was at 68.7 / 68.8 / 69.0 / 68.6 / 68.2 / 68.4 / 69.0 / 69.5 / 70.00 / 69.7kg (690.4/ 10 = 69.04kg)
