Day 2785 | Red Saturday

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Saturday was the last day of February and not a really good one mainly because I had a couple bigger confident bets that one way or another all ended up losing in crazy unlikely ways. While I'm still in the green on the season and it barely left a scratch, it's still very frustating and I wonder if I should scale down again or just keep the higher risk profile as I do believe they all had a good edge. Aside from this, I took Saturday as a final bad eating day making some spaghetti and eating way too much of it. I also completed a full month of daily reps and aim to continue them extending the reps in March.
