Day 2768 | A Step In The Good Direction

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


I'm still having severe lack in any kind of motivation at the moment and Thursday was one where I mostly was in my coach either watching some Youtube, playing some Balatro or watching tv. However, I did manage to keep my eating clean this time around and I continue to do my daily reps which for sure is a step in the right direction. The goal now is to stay on this positive trajectory andget back in full gear the coming week as I only have 8 days left of my monthly hot yoga subsciption
