Day 2767 | Tennis, Reps, Gaming, Eating & Betting

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...

Tennis, Reps, Gaming, Eating & Betting is pretty much how I would sum up my Wednesday. I stayed in bed way too long with the main reason to get out of it which was to go play a fun hour of tennis. We had our usual drink afterward and I could not resist taking an Ice Tea which kind of set the tone of what would become another 'final binge eating' day. I went by the supermarket afterward to get some food (mainly bread) and once home, I did continue to do my daily reps and plan to increase the numbers slightly from here on out. I skipped on the evening hot yoga class and instead played some more balatro and made some meatballs. In the evening, there was a cup football match which I did quite well on and it did make me feel kind of sharp when it comes down to betting. Afterward I continued playing balatro trying to bet passed a gold stake which I've been struggling with for a while before going to bed.

Average Weight Tracking

I will be tracking my 10-Day Average Weight from here on out to see if that brings some moitivation to the table. Last 10 Days I was at 67.3 / 66.5 / 66.6 / 67.1 / 67.3 / 67.3kg / 68.0 / 68.5 / 68.2 / 68.2 / 69.1kg (677.7/ 10 = 67.77kg)

New Day Goals: The main goal on Thursday is to totally cut down on my eating maybe getting 1 small meal. I might join a hot yoga class but likely will skip to get back to that on Friday. I also aim to do my daily reps and increase those a bit further and do well on the interesting evening football match.

My overall health and fitness remains quite ok, it's just a massive dip in any kind of motivation at the moment. I didn't cut down but stayed away from unhealthy things which is at least a good start. I do hope to turn this around sooner than later but for some reason it's a massive challenge. The good thing about this daily journal blog is that I can't really put my head in the groud as I'm confronted with it every day.

Great! Just continue what you have started. In the end, it's you who will benefit. 😇
