Day 2765 | One More Day

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


The struggle is real at the moment and as much as I went to get back on track, it feels impossible to brute force it as Monday was another off day where I went like 'one more day'. I didn't have any drive whatsover and was super lazy all day mostly playing some video games on my ipad and steamdeck in my coach. I did go out for a walk to the supermarket before watching Jutta Leerdam win the Ice Skating 1000m winter olympics while making some hot dogs.

The only thing that I once again did were my daily reps which keep getting easier to do. I skipped on the hot yoga class and wet to bed unable to get to sleep until deep in the night. So a total off day on Monday with some hope that Tuesday will be better and I can get back in a good flow eventually.

New Day Goals: I aim to start off with a bit of productivity, go to some shops mainly to go look for some climbing shoes as I plan to start with that soon and have a family day. There will be no swimming and our dog is ill at the moment possibly in need for some operation so at best I might do a solo walk.
