Day 2763 | Continued Procrastination

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


I'm currently falling in the procrastination trap again especially with my food choices delaying things one more day before I start eating healthy again. My skin is holding up which makes me think it doesn't really hurt but my weight has also increased again undoing part of the progress that I made in the past months. I however continue to do my daily reps and upped them a bit yesterday.

Aside from this, it was a pretty regular Saturday with my focus on the football matches which delivered some profit in the end. I also watched a no-brain movie in the evening which was ok.
