Day 2761 | Video Game Thursday

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Whenever I start playing video games, it's always a sign that i'm in somewhat of a dip lmetting myself go. Thursday was one of those days as I was not really satisfied on Wednesday with the last thing I ate so I 'allowed myself' to have some bread, doritos, & chocolate on Thursday hopefully seeing that as the final binge eating day before moving on to fully health habits again. The crypto market which continued to tank also didn't really help and I got a bit unlucky on the evening football match still only losing the minimum.

So I stayed in bed long on Wednesday, played a ton of Balatro also installing Disco Elysium on my steamdeck which I aim to get into at some point. I did have a bit of productivity but not that much and kept myself to doing daily reps in February doing as many as the day before. I did skip on a Hot yoga class but aim to get back at that to complete my monthly subscription there. My weight for now also remains within an acceptable range where it's possible to reach around 65kg still this month.
