Day 2760 | Tennis, Yoga, & Late Night Snack

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Wednesday was a mixed day as I did play an hour of tennis and joined a 90-Minute Hot Yoga class followed by having a small winning bet on an otherwise boring cup match. I still haven't got my eating urges in check though as I went out to get some candy and late at night for a doner kebab. My skin is slowly getting worse and I'm once again falling in the trap of wanting to eat something super tasty before going back in full skin management mode where I avoid all unhealthy food. The idea was to get fries but that was closed, so I wanted a chicken pita which they were out of, so I went with my 3rd choice which as a doner kebab (a big one) which kind of left me with eating something bad but not getting any of the final satisfaction that I was looking for. I didn't sleep too well and have no real drive to get out of bed at the moment so there is a lot to work on at the moment and I need to set myself some new goals to work toward which usually helps. The fact that crypto is a total dumpster at the moment, while I haven't really gotten around many profiles on the dating app thet really attract me also doesn't help.

So right now, I'm in a mini depressed state trying to find some closure to get back at it avoiding that my skin fully goes bad and this lasts months removing all the progress I made in the past months.

I did once again do some reps and am still on track for that in February.
