Day 2754 | Unhealthy Eating Day & Hot Yoga

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


>Thursday turned into my first unhealthy eating day in a while as I had some craving for white Sausage (as those were reviewed in the newspaper last week with 1 standing out which I wanted to try), they go well with apricot jam. Since I went to a supermarket where they also have good Krab Salad, I also took a couple of packages of that home along with some toasts. While it's not super unhealthy processed compared to things like mcdonalds or potato chips, I still felt that my stomach wasn't used to food like this anymore. I did join a hot yoga class in the eveing despite not really feeling like going.

In the morning I watched the Australian Open Tennis match, in the evening the football match and a tv show before going to bed. The walk to the supermarket got me well over 10K steps on the day. The somewhat bing eat did have an instant effect on my weight which bumped up some again.

Oh, white sausage! 😍 I haven't tried eating white sausage, only the regular ones.
Well, for as long as you have time for the hot yoga class, I guess, it's still okay.
