Day 2743 | New Week Goals

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


It was another good week in the books even though my overall workout activity went down as my hot yoga subscription came to an end some time ago. I mainly focused on my food intake and weight management which so far is working well even though I noticed yesterday that my skin got a bit worse again.

Going forward I will put some goals for the coming week.

  • Get Back To Hot Yoga: I plan to take a monthly subscription this time around and join a lot of classes in the next 31 days. I will start either today or on Wednesday.

  • Keep Eating Healthy: I've been eating mostly healthy and aim to keep this up with the difference that I either need to cut down on my portions a bit and/or do at least 1 fasting day.

  • Get to 66kg or Below: Weight loss has been a nice side effect from eating healthier and I'm now just above the average weight I had in the last 10 days. So it's time to make a small push down again toward 66kg or a bit below that. Mainly the portion sizes should get this done along with the yoga classes that I will join again.

  • Get Onto a Dating App again: I've put some time in the past weeks to get some decent pictures and it's time for the next step now for the first in a long time getting back on a dating app. I most likely will start out by trying breeze.

Do Some Daily Reps: I still keep track of them but they are kind of 0 accorss the board aside from the occasional bench press. I aim to get these going again slowly in the coming week.

Those are pretty much my main goals for the coming week.
