Day 2739 | Tennis Wednesday

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Wednesday was another fairly slow day mostly playing an hour of tennis while staying a bit longer afterwards to have a drink and talk with my tennis friends. If anything, I really felt the fact that I lost some weight in the past months and I didn't really get all too tired while playing. So it was a top tennis session. Afterwards, I stopped by the supermarket to pick up some healthy food, I barely had productivity but some urge for bread with goat cheese in the oven. I went to get it but intsead of bread ended up buying a bell peper to keep it much healthier. My skin is also holding up so far even though I haven't joined any hot yoga classes in the last week. I do plan to re-join those again soon though.

In the evening, I watched the football match and afterward I tried to watch another 2025 movie but I never really got into it even though I did finish it before going to bed.

Wow, tennis, this time, has been added to your activities! It's indeed an excellent form of exercise. It offers numerous physical and mental health benefits. It's a fun and effective way to stay fit as well. 😍

Tennis is one of those things I really enjoy weekly with the same group of friends. Another thing I'm looking to potentially add is wall climbing. That has been on my mind for some time. The best ways to stay fit is to just do activities that are fun so they don't really feel like a workout.
