Day 2738 | 1.3km Swim & 2-Hour Dog Walk

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Tuesday was an active day that started out with a trip to the swimming pool where I did 1.3km in total to get in some initial activity. Once at my parents place, I first spend some time with my mom before going on a enjoyable 2-Hour walk with our dog.

The one thing that I didn't get fully right was the amount of food I ate even though I kept it withing the healthy range. In the evening, the football season started again with 2 cup matches which didn't fully go the way I hoped. The idea was to watch a movie in the evening afterward but I could not stay awake so I went to bed. All this got me over 17k steps on the day.
