Day 2736 | Boulongne-Sur-Mer Visit

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


The 2-Day weekend to France with some friends ended with a visit to Boulogne-Sur-Mer and the intenion to go do a walk after we had lunch. The route however was closed and even though it by no means was dangerous, we opted to go to the seaside instead. That also made it so that we spend quite some time in the car driving. Overall we had a fun day and it's always nice to see the seaside even though it was quite cold. Once back at my place around 20:00 I didn't do all too much as I was rather tired since I didn't sleep to much the day before. So I fell asleep early already in my coach while the tv was on and afterward recovered all the missed sleep during the night.

I did manage to keep my eating limited but also didn't drink too much water in total, so my weight now got under 67kg and to slow but stready grind down there continues.

The good thing is that it was only a 2-3 hour drive away from where I live. Renting an Air BNB also made it all very convenient.
