Day 2734 | Rainy Indoor Friday & Healthy Eating

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Friday was one of those where it rained all day so I stayed cosy indoors without doing all that much. I did once again manage to keep my eating clean baking some frozen endamame beans that I picked up in the supermarket yesterday. I so far only ate them as part of a vegetable lasagna that I regularly make but they are also good like this on their own with in a pan with some coconut oil and some Mint. I'll likely be making them more often as a healthy meal.

I'm leaving for a weekend out with some friends Saturday morning and I'm looking forward to it. I did spend quite some time with my steamdeck yesterday getting some more emulators working and I also put a bit more time in sorting some dating profile pictures to get that starting again after not doing anything whatsoever on the dating market in the last couple of years.
