Day 2733 | Family Taxi Service Day

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


The main goal on Thursday was to continue eating quite clean and limited as I was set out to Drive my mom to Antwerp and back where she had eye surgery. So most of the day I spend driving her and waiting in the waiting room. The steamdeck I bought a while back during black friday did come to use and time really flied. Once back, I spend some time with my sister and my nieces to drive back to my appartment with the intention to watch another movie but I was too tired and stopped after 15 Minutes or so to eventually get out my coach and go to bed where all of a sudden I was awake again.

I also reached a new weight low of 67.3kg but the coming days will be a challenge as my Hot Yoga year subscription came to an end (I plan to renew it at least for a month next Friday) and I have a weekend out with some friends planned on Saturday and Sunday which might get challenging food-wise. I also have some good dating profile pictures so for the first time since long I plan to get into some of the dating apps again.
