Day 2691 | Hot Yoga & Intemittent Fasting



I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Thursday was another good day even thoug staying in bed way too long shortens my time by a lot and I need to fix that. I had some slow productovity during the day and did an intermittant fasting making 1 meal spending some kitchen time. I folloed this a couple house later by a good Hot yoga Session and sililar to Wednesday, there was a football match which delivered some ok profit even though I was not 100% focused. I ended the day watching some tv and seeing the 1st episode of the new stranger things season which rather dissapointed me.

New Day Goals: I was considering a lunchbreak hot yoga class or to go swimming but at best it will be a walk with our dog in the afternoon as I'm too late after a long phone call with a friend in the morning.

Wow! That's a powerful approach to achieving wellness, the combination of hot yoga and intermittent fasting. I do this sometimes. I just can't do it regularly due to laziness maybe. 😅

Thanks, if anything keeping this daily blog here on Hive really helped me to avoid drifiting away completely at times in laziness or letting myself go. There is a pattern still of ups and downs though but right now I'm in a very positive momentum!
