Day 2690 | Tennis, Yoga, & Eating Clean

Wednesday was a textbook good day where I started out by playing a fun hour of tennis, I had a nap in the afternoon before eating something healthy and joining another 90-Minute Yoga Class. This followed by a walk home to go follow the football match and watch some tv in the eveing while eating some more healthy food.
If anything (aside from still staying in bed way too long each day and picking up a little bit of loneliness), I do feel like I'm back on the righ track and should be reaching my goal of getting under 70kg again soon. My skin is also doing surprisingly well as each time that I skipped on yoga for a while I usually return in a situation where I have skin flares all over which this time was not the case.
Off course, the difficulty always is to keep up the good streak and mainly food temptations always tend to be something I at some point have an impossible hard time to resist.
